How to overcome the fear of failure?

Each of us, sooner or later, has a feeling of fear or anxiety that he will not cope with something that he can spoil everything at the most crucial moment . What is the reason for this? It is uncertainty in yourself and in your abilities? First of all, take it easy, it is peculiar to any person. Millions of people went through this and they succeeded, they overcame it and achieved significant results. Remember at least about Joanne Rowling, known to the whole world for her books about Harry Potter. She sent her books at her own risk to publishers twelve times, she was denied, and nevertheless achieved that her work was read and sent to print. It commands confidence, right? Let's get started. There are several steps that can help overcome your fear. First, try to find the positive side in a possible failure. Remember past failures. What have you learned from them? For example, if the last time you did not manage to do something in time, think about what prevented you from doing it. Now eliminate it. If you had some mistakes in the end of your work, this time try to check everything several times. Secondly, do not think of a possible failure as another failure. This is your next trial. Having passed it you will gain many useful skills, regardless of the result. Concentrate on the process itself. Third, do not initially think about failure. Think only about success. You have a wonderful process, you are on the verge of success. These positive thoughts will make everything easier, faster and more positive. And fourthly, if suddenly, after all, your work was not crowned with success, do not try to scold yourself. You just did not put the shoulder to the wheel. Next time repeat all the steps, work out the plan, consult with elders, colleagues or friends. Perhaps you just missed something, and others can see it better. Good luck!
