Biography of Renat Agzamov

Russian champion in confectionery art, world championship medalist, member of the Olympic confectionery national team, member of the board of the Russian Chefs Guild, face of the Fili Baker brand, popular baker among the stars of Russian show business is Renat Agzamov. Renat Agzamov was born in 1981 in Kiev, from where his family later moved to Sochi. His father worked as a chef on the railway, in the dining car, so he knew the secret of cooking many national and European dishes. As a child, Renat took over the love of cooking. At the age of 5-6 father taught the future pastry chef how to properly use knives and other tools in the kitchen. Grandmother inspired him to experiments with food and shared her recipes. At the age of 7, Renat for the first time tried himself in baking cupcakes and cookies. At 10 he already knew how to bake bread. And three years later, a teenager learned the secret of making caramel. At 16, Agzamov was already surprising his relatives with the first self-made cakes. Renat Agzamov studied at the culinary school in Krasnodar, later settled in the confectionery shop. In 2002 he took the first place in the championship of confectioners in Krasnodar, which made him think about moving to Moscow. For the first 6 months of life in this city, Renat worked in seven different places. He even worked for free to learn the necessary techniques, since professional career was his main priority at that time. As the beginning of a career in Moscow, Agzamov himself, considers the position of pastry chef at the Nostalzhi restaurant. There he worked for about 2.5 years. Renat was focused on creating his own business, but then decided to find a large company and offer cooperation. The Fili Baker enterprise has become such a giant. The management of the company went on cooperation. The Fili Baker Premium confectionery factory was built specifically for the new project. Renat Agzamov conducts confectionery workshops, is shot on television, creates confectionery masterpieces, launches culinary projects.
